Here’s how to get your Verizon transfer PIN.
What is a transfer PIN?
The transfer PIN is a special 6 digit PIN generated by Verizon to authorize the transfer of your phone number from Verizon to a new cell phone carrier. You provide the transfer PIN to your new carrier. Your new carrier then confirms the information is correct with Verizon before Verizon releases your phone number to your new carrier.
