AT&T Prepaid Unlimited (Online Only) gives you 30GB of data on AT&T's network for $25 a month. It includes free international texting. Plus, you get unlimited talk, text, and 25GB of high-speed data in Mexico and Canada. You can add a 15GB tablet line for $35 a month.
There's no hotspot. Video streams at 480p, and your data is deprioritized. Taxes and fees are extra.
