For $50 a month, AT&T Value 2.0 gives you unlimited priority data on AT&T's network. It includes free international texting. Plus, you get unlimited talk, text, and high-speed data in Canada and Mexico. It gets cheaper with more lines: four lines cost $120, or $30 per line. You can add an unlimited tablet line for $20 a month, and a smartwatch line is included.
The hotspot gives you 3GB at full speed, then slows to 128Kbps. Video streams at 480p. Taxes and fees are extra, there's a $3.99 monthly carrier fee, and there's a $35 activation fee.
