Overall, I do not recommend the GoSmart Mobile 250MB plan. It is too expensive for the features and data you get.

- International calling: Free international calling to 60+ destinations. Buy a $10 calling card to make calls to other countries.
- Candada and Mexico: Pay-per-use rates are available for call and text roaming in Canada and Mexico. Canada is $0.59 per minute and $0.20 to send a text. Mexico is $1.79 per minute and $0.20 to send a text. All incoming international texts are free to receive.
