The plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and 250MB of high-speed data per month. The data is shut off after you reach your high-speed allotment. You can use up to all 250MB of data as hotspot data. The data is also deprioritized, which means you may temporarily notice slower speeds when the network is busy. You'll resume getting the fastest speeds available when the network is no longer busy.
Video streams at 480p SD quality on this plan.
Overall, I do not recommend the Ultra Mobile 250MB plan. It is too expensive for the features and data you get.

The way international roaming works on Ultra Mobile is you add either $5, $10, or $20 of international credit to your account.
Then, minutes, texts, and data that you use while abroad are deducted from your international balance at pay-per-use rates. Common rates are $0.25 per minute, $0.05 per text sent or received, and $0.20 per MB. Keep in mind that $0.20 per MB is equivalent to $200 per GB, which is quite expensive. You may consider other options for international data.
