Data is deprioritized, so speeds may slow during network congestion.
Taxes and fees are extra. Expect roughly $2.17 more per month, bringing your total to about $9.17.
Overall, I do not recommend the Good2Go Mobile 1GB 6 Months plan. It is too expensive for the features and data you get.
