H2O Wireless 20GB gives you 20GB of high-speed data on AT&T's network for $36 a month. It includes free international calling to over 100 countries and free international texting. You can add a 2GB tablet line for $10 a month. For comparison, AT&T's own Value 2.0 plan costs $50 a month before taxes.
It's no longer available to new customers. After 20GB, speeds slow to 256Kbps. The hotspot is limited to 5GB. Video streams at 480p, and your data is deprioritized. Taxes and fees are extra.
