Data is deprioritized, so speeds may slow during network congestion.
Taxes and fees are extra. Expect roughly $6.60 more per month, bringing your total to about $61.60.
Overall, I do not recommend the Pure Talk 60GB + 20GB Hotspot plan. It is too expensive for the features and data you get.
