It comes with 500 minutes, 500 texts, and 0.5 of high-speed data per month. There is no hotspot data. Video streams at quality.
Data is deprioritized, so speeds may slow during network congestion.
Overall, I do not recommend the Tracfone 500MB plan. It is too expensive for the features and data you get.
