Description
Ultra Mobile 8GB 12 Months gives you 8GB of high-speed data on T-Mobile's network for $24 a month. You can use all of your data as a hotspot. It includes free international calling to over 90 countries and free texting to over 200 countries. Plus, you get free unlimited talk and text in Canada and Mexico.
After 8GB, speeds slow to 128Kbps. Video streams at 480p, and your data is deprioritized. Taxes and fees are extra.
If you need more data, our top pick is Mint Mobile Unlimited Annual: $30 a month when you pay for a year upfront, with a 20GB hotspot. If you'd rather pay month to month, Metro Unlimited $30 BYOD is $30 a month with taxes included.
Consider Ultra Mobile 8GB 12 Months if: you use a moderate amount of data and call family or friends abroad.
