The goal of US Mobile is to provide their customers with choice, flexibility, affordability. Their plans start as low as $5 per month with options for talk and text plans, data-only plans, by-the-gig plans, and unlimited plans.

US Mobile offers four types of plans to choose from:
US Mobile’s custom plans let you choose the exact amount of minutes, texts, and MB of data you want. You can choose to have minutes only, texts only, data only, or any combination of the three.
A data-only plan would be perfect for tablets, while a combination of the minutes and text options would be great for light usage individuals.
Also available is an option for unlimited minutes and texts for $8. This would be perfect for a kid’s cell phone plan when they get their first phone.
If you run out of minutes, texts, or data during your billing cycle, you can always purchase more at any time via a top-up.
Here are US Mobile’s current rates for their custom plans (updated 1/20/2022):

Rates for Texts
Rates for Data
Data bucket plans include unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and a set amount of high-speed data each month.
These plans provide exceptional value and are great options for light to moderate data users.
Unfortunately, your data will be shut off when your data limit is reached. This is somewhat unusual in the industry, as most cell phone plans these days include unlimited data at 2G data speeds (typically 128Kbps) after you consume your high-speed allotment.
Thankfully, as with the custom plans, you can purchase a data top-up at any time if you need more data.
Enabling the hotspot feature costs $5 for these plans.
US Mobile calls their unlimited plan Unlimited All.
There are two variations of this plan: one on the Verizon network and one on the T-Mobile network.
The Verizon Unlimited All plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and 75GB of high-speed data before unlimited data at 1Mbps.
The T-Mobile Unlimited All plan includes unlimited minutes, unlimited texts, and 35GB of high-speed data before the data is slowed to 128Kbps.
iPads can be used on the Unlimited All plan, but they will notice reduced speeds after 30GB of usage on both the Verizon and T-Mobile networks.
You can enable the hotspot feature for this plan for $10/month extra. You get 20GB of hotspot data.
Pooled Plans allow all of your lines, smartphones and tablets, to share a pool of data. You can also think of these as “shared data plans.”
Pooled plans can be great for families because they allow flexibility for how much data each line uses. One person may use more one month, and then less another month.
Currently US Mobile charges $9/line for unlimited talk and text, and then $2/month per GB of cellular data.
An example plan for 3 lines may look like this:
If you ever need more data, you can purchase additional data at any time.
You can see the full details of US Mobile's plans and what features they support below:
Yes, US Mobile offers family plans. However, only one plan actually gets a family discount.
You can manage multiple US Mobile lines from a single account, regardless of what plans they are on. You can have some lines on custom plans, some lines on data bucket plans, and a third group of lines on a pooled plan.
This flexibility allows you to have convenient billing (one card to manage all cell phone bills) and allows you to make sure each person is getting the best and most affordable plan to meet their needs.
The plan that gets a discount, and that most people will probably want to get, is the Unlimited All plan. The price drops to just $25 per month per line when you have 3+ lines on Unlimited All on your account.
The best part? The $25 price includes all taxes and fees. This makes US Mobile’s unlimited plan a superb option for families.
As a bonus, the Unlimited All plan includes one free perk for 3 lines, and two free perks for 4+ lines.
These are the perks you can choose from:
US Mobile doesn’t offer any specific plans for tablets. Instead, they support iPads and tablets on all of their existing plans.
Smartwatches and hotspot devices are currently not supported by US Mobile at this time.
Yes, US Mobile offers a referral program, a student discount, and a code for free SIM cards.
Each US Mobile customer gets a unique referral code. For each friend you refer, you get 50% off (up to $10 in value) your next US Mobile bill. Your friend will also get up to $10 off their first month of service. Up to 6 bills will qualify for the discount.
If you’d like, you can use code “STETSON” (without the quotes) to get free SIM cards and $20 of account credit. Follow our how to activate US Mobile guide to see exactly where to enter the code.
Students are also eligible to get 20% off all plans each month. And if you’re part of one of the participating colleges or universities, you’ll get a nice 25% off your US Mobile bill each month.

US Mobile supports slightly different features on the Verizon and T-Mobile networks.
On the Verizon network, which US Mobile calls Super LTE, they support visual voicemail, VoLTE, MMS, mobile hotspot, and 720p video streaming.
On the T-Mobile network, which US Mobile calls GSM LTE, they support VoLTE, MMS, Wi-Fi calling, mobile hotspot, and 4K video streaming.
All plans support international data roaming with US Mobile’s international eSIM plans, as well as 5G access.
US Mobile Super LTE doesn’t support Wi-Fi calling on all devices, nor visual voicemail on Android.
US Mobile GSM LTE doesn’t support visual voicemail on any device at this time.
US Mobile offers a limited selection of devices you can purchase from their online store. We recommend you purchase an unlocked device directly from the manufacturer or bring your own unlocked device to us with US Mobile.
Any phone that is compatible with either the T-Mobile network or the Verizon network and is unlocked will work on US Mobile.
International calling is not available from US Mobile.
However, they do support international data roaming with their international eSIM plans.
These international eSIM plans are currently available in 154 total countries. They include varying amounts of data that range from 1GB and go all the way up to 10GB.
The Unlimited All plan from US Mobile includes access to the international eSIM plans. This means you get free international data roaming, which is awesome.
If you are on a different plan from US Mobile, such as a custom plan, data bucket plan, or pooled plan, you may need to purchase an international eSIM plan separately.
Anyone who is not a US Mobile customer can also purchase an international eSIM plan.
Keep in mind these eSIM plans only work on eSIM compatible phones. Thankfully most newer phones, like the iPhone XS and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, and Galaxy S20 and newer, typically support eSIM.
US Mobile offers add-ons for the mobile hotspot and international data roaming. You can see their available plan add-ons below:
US Mobile’s support is available via chat on their website, the chat section of the mobile app, by emailing help@usmobile.com, or by calling US Mobile at +1 (878) 205-0088.
