Data is deprioritized, so speeds may slow during network congestion.
Taxes and fees are extra. Expect roughly $0.25 more per month, bringing your total to about $8.58.
Overall, I do not recommend the Black Wireless Talk & Text plan. It is too expensive for the features and data you get.
